SoulKin Studio provides AI-powered astrology guidance paired with crystal jewelry. Our readings are generated by combining astronomical calculations with artificial intelligence. SoulKin is designed for entertainment and spiritual wellness purposes.

2. Not Professional Advice

SoulKin does not provide medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Our AI guidance should never replace consultation with qualified professionals. If you're experiencing a crisis, please contact appropriate emergency services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SoulKin. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your Account

You sign in via Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account or crystal bracelet binding to another person.

5. Crystal Bracelet

Each SoulKin crystal bracelet is intended for single-user use. Once activated and linked to your account, the bracelet becomes associated with your astrological profile. Physical damage or loss of the bracelet does not affect your digital account or reading history.

6. Free & Premium Plans

• Free tier — 3 AI readings per day, basic reading history.
• Premium ($19.99/year) — unlimited daily readings, priority AI, full history, crystal energy insights.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through your payment provider. Refunds follow the refund policy of the platform you subscribed through (Apple App Store, Google Play, or PayPal).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Share AI-generated readings as professional advice to others.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent daily limits.

8. Intellectual Property

The SoulKin name, logo, rule engine, and AI prompt system are the intellectual property of SoulKin Studio. Your personal reading content belongs to you — you may save, share, or delete it as you wish.

9. Limitation of Liability

SoulKin Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI readings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, which will remove all your personal data from our systems.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of SoulKin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
